- 1 kg vegetables (frozen), mixed
- 500 g tortellini, fresh (refrigerated)
- 1 ½ liters of meat broth or vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- possibly parsley or marjoram or thyme

Cook the frozen vegetables in the broth for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the fresh tortellini and let it simmer for about 2 minutes (cook dried tortellini from the beginning). Finally, season the stew with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice. Tip: This stew also works with fresh vegetables.
