Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,500 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 vegetable stock cubes
- chili powder
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and add spices to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
