Ingredients
For the dips:
- 1 Quark 40% 250 g
- 1 tbsp Sylt sauce
- 1 tbsp Cocktail sauce
- 1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Cream of horseradish
For the vegetable sticks:
- 0,25 Kohlrabi
- 0,25 Snake cucumber
- 0,5 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 0,5 Red pepper
- 3 Celery stalks
Instructions
Dips:
- Divide the quark into 4 bowls and mix each with Sylt sauce, cocktail sauce, sweet chili sauce and cream horseradish.
Vegetable sticks:
- Peel / clean the kohlrabi, cucumber, zucchini, paprika and celery and cut into sticks (approx. 6 cm long and ½ - 1 cm thick). Serve vegetable sticks with dips.
