Vegetable Sticks with Dips

Ingredients
 

For the dips:

  • 1 Quark 40% 250 g
  • 1 tbsp Sylt sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cocktail sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cream of horseradish

For the vegetable sticks:

  • 0,25 Kohlrabi
  • 0,25 Snake cucumber
  • 0,5 Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 0,5 Red pepper
  • 3 Celery stalks

Instructions
 

Dips:

  • Divide the quark into 4 bowls and mix each with Sylt sauce, cocktail sauce, sweet chili sauce and cream horseradish.

Vegetable sticks:

  • Peel / clean the kohlrabi, cucumber, zucchini, paprika and celery and cut into sticks (approx. 6 cm long and ½ - 1 cm thick). Serve vegetable sticks with dips.
