Ingredients
- 300 g Green asparagus
- 200 g Ham
- 30 g Butter
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,25 tsp Sugar
- Nutmeg
- 200 g Potatoes
Instructions
- Freshly harvested green asparagus from your own garden, clean, peel, cut in half. Even with a length of 35 - 40 cm it is tender as butter.
- Place on aluminum foil. Season and pour the butter flakes over it.
- Close the foil tightly and cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C hot air for 30 minutes.
- There was also new boiled potatoes, a juicy Easter ham with a nice fat rim and brown butter.
