- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 3 Red pointed peppers
- 1 Bd Spring onions fresh
- 3 medium sized Fresh carrots
- Spices: salt, pepper, mixed ginger
- Mixed garlic, separated thyme

- According to taste
- 500 g Reduced-Fat minced meat
- 2 stripped Eßl Vegetable broth – powder
- 1 medium sized Onion
- Peel the leek, onion, bell pepper and zucchini, dice the onion, cut the zucchni into pieces. Cut the leek into 1 cm, the pointed bell pepper, cut away the stones and white skin. Fry the minced meat in a little clarified butter, add the onions and fry them briefly, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then add the bell pepper and leek, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then add the zucchini, fry briefly, deglaze with vegetable stock, stir, simmer for another 5 minutes. (Not too long, because then the vegetables will be too soft, they should be firm to the bite.) Then add the remaining spices to taste. I had boiled potatoes with it and it was delicious ………………
