Vegetables – Potato Noodles
The perfect vegetables – potato noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Vegetable mix TK
- 400 g Potato noodles
- Butter, oil
- 50 ml Cream
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
- Put the frozen vegetable mixture in a saucepan with a little butter and let it thaw. Then add the vegetable stock and cream and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Let the potato noodles thaw and fry them in hot oil until crispy.
- Season the vegetables to taste, mix in the potato noodles and serve.
