Vegetables – Potato Noodles

The perfect vegetables – potato noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Vegetable mix TK
  • 400 g Potato noodles
  • Butter, oil
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
  1. Put the frozen vegetable mixture in a saucepan with a little butter and let it thaw. Then add the vegetable stock and cream and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  2. Let the potato noodles thaw and fry them in hot oil until crispy.
  3. Season the vegetables to taste, mix in the potato noodles and serve.
