Lukewarm Herbal Mashed Potatoes

The perfect lukewarm herbal mashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g Soft-Boiling potatoes
  • 200 g Herbal creme fraîche
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Milk / cream
  • 1 tsp Butter
  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water until soft. Mash into a fine puree. Add butter. Season with salt, a little pepper and nutmeg, depending on your taste.
  2. Stir in the herb crème fraîche, possibly also add some milk or cream if the puree is too firm. Cut the chives into fine rolls and add. Mix everything well and season again with the spices if necessary.
  3. We like to eat the puree lukewarm with fried fish!
