Vegetables can be varied according to your own taste, quickly and still healthy

Chop the vegetables (e.g., pearl onions, spring onions, carrots, mushrooms, sprouts, kidney beans, etc.) and sauté them in a pan. Stir in the sauce and bring to a boil briefly. Serve as a side dish with noodles, rice, or spaetzle and your choice of prepared meat.
