Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados, ripe or very ripe, cut into pieces
- 5 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- 2 lemons, the juice, without pulp
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp cumin, ground
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper, if desired
Instructions

Avocado bi Tahina, Lebanese, suitable as mezze
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until puree-like. Serve in small bowls, sprinkled with cayenne pepper if desired. Flatbread goes perfectly with this dish. Tahini is a sesame paste that can be purchased in jars or cans in Arab and Turkish grocery stores. I recommend the cans from Arab stores.
