Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 g Processed cheese with mushrooms
  • 150 g Mushrooms brown
  • 150 g Fresh chanterelles
  • 1 bunch Spring leek
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cl Sherry medium
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until aldente without oil and do not rinse. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms, cut them into small pieces and fry in butter.
  • Add the finely chopped spring onions and sweat with sherry. Melt the cheese with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Finally fold in the noodles, stir together and serve with the sauce.
