Vegetarian: Tagliatelle with Mushroom Sauce

  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 g Processed cheese with mushrooms
  • 150 g Mushrooms brown
  • 150 g Fresh chanterelles
  • 1 bunch Spring leek
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cl Sherry medium
  • 1 El Butter
