Big Mac à la Fips

Peel the onion, dice very finely, and sauté until translucent. Add the oatmeal and pour in the vegetable stock. Cook, stirring, until a thick paste forms. Mix the paste with salt, paprika, and parsley, knead thoroughly, and let stand for a few minutes. With moistened hands, form two patties and fry in hot oil. Cut the buns in half, top each with a leaf of iceberg lettuce, place the patty in the bun, and drizzle with Kühne Salatfix French dressing. Other variations: regular bun, ketchup, mayo, mustard, onions, lettuce, tomatoes… or eat the patties just as they are.
