Vegetarian mushroom bolognese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 800 g mushrooms
  • 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (seasoning base)
  • 1 pinch(s) chili
  • 1 tbsp cooking cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with spice base

Clean the mushrooms, slice them with an egg slicer, and lightly sauté them in the frying cream. Then, mix the seasoning base with 250 ml of water and add it to the mushrooms. Simmer for about 10 minutes and season with chili to taste. This dish goes very well with noodles or rice.
