Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g minced meat
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can of corn
- 2 carrots
- e.g. chili powder
- 2 packs of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with spice base
Drain the beans and corn, chop the carrots, and fry the minced meat in hot oil. Add 600 ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning. Add the carrots and fry. Then add the beans and corn and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
