Vegetarian noodle – carbonara

  • 25 g Butter cheese, grated
  • 1 small Onion
  • 25 g Carrot, cut into strips
  • 12,5 ml Sunflower oil
  • Water for pasta to taste
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 50 g Linguine
  • 25 g Zucchini, cut into strips
  • Gourmet pepper to taste
  • 12,5 ml Cream
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Yogurt, homemade

Vegetarian noodle – carbonara

  1. Put sunflower oil in a saucepan and heat. Peel the onion, chop the carrot and cut the carrot into strips. Put in the saucepan and cook until bite. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions. Wash the zucchini, rub dry and also cut into strips.
