Ingredients
 

The sour noodles:

  • Leftover pasta from the previous day

The basic vegetable:

  • 0,5 pole Leek, cut in half into large rings
  • 1 medium sized Vine tomato, diced

The basic spices:

  • Chilli oil for frying
  • Harissa spices
  • Coriander salt, see m. KB
  • Lemongrass, powdered
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Cubeb pepper from the mill
  • Some grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Heat the chilli oil in a pan and fry the leek in it. Then add the pasta. After 5 minutes add the tomato cubes as well. When the leek is done, season everything, sprinkle with Parmesan and let it melt. Then serve on a large flat plate. Tastes great! Have fun with my single kitchen!
