Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta (fusilli)
- salt water
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 red bell peppers
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 300 g cheese, grated
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with vegetables
Pre-cook the pasta in salted water for about 4 minutes. Wash the vegetables. Dice the zucchini and bell peppers. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Combine the crème fraîche and heavy cream. Season with nutmeg and plenty of salt and pepper. Place the fusilli and vegetables in a baking dish, spread the cream mixture over them, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
