Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (short macaroni)
  • 2 can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 2 packs of cheese (sliced ​​cheese, Chester or similar)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the macaroni in a pot of salted water, drain, and then spread it out on a baking sheet. Arrange the pizza tomatoes evenly on top. Finely chop the onions and sauté them in a pan with hot oil along with the mushrooms. Finally, fry them briefly over high heat and season with salt and pepper. Then spread the mixture out on the baking sheet. Pour the cream into a mixing bowl and mix with the tomato paste until it forms a creamy red mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet. Finally, arrange the slices on the baking sheet (do not overlap, as you want to leave room for portioning). Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake on the middle rack at approximately 175 degrees Celsius for approximately 20-30 minutes. The cream should have set and the cheese should be golden brown. Enjoy!
