Vegetarian Pizza

The perfect vegetarian pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Pizza flour
  • 185 ml Lukewarm water
  • 0,5 cube Yeast fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 something Rapeseed oil to spread the baking sheet
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt fine
  • 1 something My black oil see my KB: http://www./rezept/448237/OEl-schwarz-und-wuerzig.html to oil the dough
  • 1 something Veggi pizza topping to taste, see recipe picture 3 and preparation no.6
  • 1 something Spicy tomato sauce homemade from my stock
  • 1 something Cheese (any) to taste
  1. Dough: Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in the lukewarm water and let it rest for approx. 5 minutes.
  2. Put the flour in a bowl or, if you have, sift the yeast dough bowl, add the yeast water and all other ingredients to the flour and knead to form a smooth dough.
  3. Leave the dough in the yeast dough bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Now knead the dough well again and roll it out thinly on a baking sheet that has been coated with rapeseed oil beforehand and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Then coat the dough thinly with the spicy black oil.
  5. Topping: Brush the dough with the spicy tomato sauce.
  6. Prepare the topping ingredients (clean, chop up), I had peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, colorful peppers and broccoli, but everyone can change that to their taste.
  7. Now distribute the topping ingredients on the tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese to taste.
  8. Preheat the electric oven to 200 degrees (top / bottom heat) and slide the baking sheet into the second rail from the bottom and let it bake until the desired brown color is achieved. I had the pizza inside for about 30 minutes, but that differs from oven to oven.
  9. Take the pizza out of the oven and cut into pleasant pieces. I put the whole tray on the table and everyone could take as much as they wanted.
  10. Our Veggi daughter, currently visiting us from Mallorca (where she lives), wanted this pizza and she was thrilled.
