Ingredients
 

  • 4 tablespoon Root vegetable puree
  • 2 tablespoon Fine oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Dried herbs
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Flour type 550
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions
 

  • Make a thick batter from the ingredients above. Season this with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the fat in a pan and add the dough spoon by spoon. Press a little until smooth and let fry.
  • Turn and brown on the other side as well.
  • I ate these patties with spinach. They also go very well as an accompaniment to meat with sauce.
