Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 50 g soy granules or protein granules of your choice
- 60 g cereal flakes, e.g. oats or buckwheat
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 2 eggs
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 10 g ginger, if you don’t like it so hot, use 5 g
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Cayenne pepper
- Harissa
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
- turmeric
- Fat for frying, e.g. coconut oil
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Grate the carrots, grate the garlic and ginger, and finely dice the onions. Soak the protein granules and cereal flakes in hot water according to the package instructions. Mix these ingredients with the low-fat curd cheese and eggs. Season to taste. Form small flatbreads. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the flatbreads on both sides.
