Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • some Oreo cookies
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Scrape out the seeds from the vanilla pod. Heat the seeds with the milk and cream in a saucepan. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Mix everything in a bowl. Chop approximately 5-6 Oreo cookies as finely as possible with a knife. Pour into the cream mixture in the ice cream maker and freeze for approximately 30 minutes, depending on the machine. Once the mixture has frozen slightly, add the Oreo pieces.
