Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 400 g Spätzle from the refrigerated section
- 400 ml vegetable broth, instant
- 200 g cream
- n. B. Chives, cut into rolls
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Slice the onion thinly. Heat the butter in a wide saucepan, sauté the mushrooms and spaetzle, and remove. Add the onion to the frying fat and fry until light brown. Deglaze with stock and add the cream. Simmer for 10 minutes. Return the mushrooms and spaetzle to the sauce and simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and season with salt and pepper.
