Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 200 g grilled cheese, e.g. Halloumi or similar
- 5 egg yolks
- 50 g butter
- 100 g Parmesan
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions. Cut the grilled cheese into small cubes and fry in a pan with half the butter. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl with a fork. Drain the spaghetti. When the grilled cheese is nicely browned, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the egg mixture. Then fold in the pasta and serve immediately.
