Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of spaghetti, 500 g
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 ml whipped cream
- n. B. Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
similar to Spaghetti Carbonara
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Combine the egg yolk with the cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the pasta when al dente and immediately toss it with the sauce.
