- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 100 ml Cream
- 100 ml Vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper
- 100 ml Cream
Spaghetti:
- 200 g Spaetzle flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 shot Extra virgin olive oil
- Let the vegetable stock and milk reduce a little. Add the cream and melt the cheese in it, season with salt and pepper.
- For the spaghetti, mix the flour with the eggs, salt and oil, knead everything well and let it rest for an hour. Then roll out and pass through the pasta machine.
