- 500 g Spaghetti
- 800 ml Vegetable stock
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 Fresh shallot
- 2 Toes Fresh garlic
- 250 g Gorgonzola with mascarpone
- 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Flour butter
- Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes. Sweat in a little butter, pour in the stock and reduce by half with the flour butter.
- Now add the milk and let it boil down again a little. Add the Parmesan and the gorgonzola. Now melt the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
