Vegetarian: Spaghetti with Gorgonzola Sauce No. 2

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 800 ml Vegetable stock
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Fresh shallot
  • 2 Toes Fresh garlic
  • 250 g Gorgonzola with mascarpone
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Flour butter
  1. Cut the onions and garlic into small cubes. Sweat in a little butter, pour in the stock and reduce by half with the flour butter.
  2. Now add the milk and let it boil down again a little. Add the Parmesan and the gorgonzola. Now melt the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
