Vegetarian wraps

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 wraps
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 pack of grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Lay the wraps out open, spread sour cream or sour cream in the center, and sprinkle the finely chopped spring onions and cheese on top. Then fold the wraps over each other from two opposite sides and secure with toothpicks. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 to 15 minutes. I can’t give an exact time for grilling. The wraps are ready when the cheese inside is slightly melted. Tips: You can also replace the spring onions with leeks and/or chives, or add them. For a non-vegetarian version, you can also add finely diced cooked ham.
