Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 20 g Yeast fresh
  • 1 Egg yolk

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, egg, sugar and salt together. Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast. Then add the butter to the flour and stir into a dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, knead again, form 4 balls, let rise again and cook over steam for about 20 minutes.
