Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic
- some salt and pepper
- 1 pack of pizza dough
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g cheese (goat Gouda or old Gouda)
- 150 g eggplant(s)
- 50 g olives, black
- some basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Vegetarian pizza
Preheat the oven to 250°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the passata, oil, sugar, herbs, and garlic with salt and pepper. Place the dough on a baking sheet and spread with the sauce. Grate the vegetables and finally the cheese and spread on top. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
