Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • 200 g ham, raw
  • 1 pack of tomatoes (tomato al gusto, herbs or pasta)
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 cup of sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey cutlets into approximately 1 cm wide strips. Then wrap each strip with a slice of raw ham. Place the rolls as close together as possible in the casserole dish or microwave bowl. Then cut the mozzarella into thin slices and distribute these slices on the rolls. Mix the Tomato al Gusto with the cup of sweet cream and pour this mixture over the mozzarella-topped rolls. All rolls should be covered. Place the casserole dish or microwave bowl in the microwave on the highest setting for 12-15 minutes. Or in the oven: 25-30 minutes at 200°C top and bottom heat. Tip: Pasta goes best with this dish. The special thing about this dish is the juicy turkey meat thanks to the ham. The melted mozzarella cheese mixes well with the tomato and cream sauce and creates a perfect flavor. It’s very quick to make, and there are hardly any dirty dishes. The costs are also relatively low.
