Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 170 g condensed milk (Nestlé)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 eggs (organic)
  • 6 tbsp sugar (can be more, to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Valentine’s best dessert

Caramelize the sugar in a pan and cover the bottom of an ovenproof glass dish with it. Mix all the other ingredients thoroughly and pour over the caramel. Place the dish in a water bath and bake the pudding in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. Turn out of the dish to serve.
