Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 225 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 200 g chocolate (dissolved chocolate block)
- 2 packs of rum flavoring
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 6 tbsp rum
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate (chopped chocolate blocks)
- 50 g almond(s), peeled and sliced for sprinkling
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 40 g coconut oil
- 1 pack flavoring (orange fruit)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Make a batter from the above ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips at the end. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and smooth it out. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, sprinkle the almonds over the cake and finish baking. Let the cake cool. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a bain-marie, stirring continuously. Stir in the orange zest. Cover the cake with the mixture and let the glaze set.
