Very quick cauliflower salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower, cut into florets, or cooked cauliflower from the day before
  • 150 g yogurt, preferably 1.5%
  • 1 bag of seasoning mix for salad, e.g. Salatfix or similar.

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

if there was too much left over from the previous day

Cook the cauliflower until al dente and let it cool. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the sachet of herbs (Salad Fix) and add the cauliflower. Let it sit for about 1 hour. This salad is also suitable for those who have a “line counter”: the recipe calls for 2 lines. It’s quite good and filling for the office.
