Zucchini and rice pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 bag of rice
  • ¾ pack of tomato sauce with mozzarella
  • herbs, Italian
  • Fondor
  • Cheese, grated
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, thinly slice the zucchini and sauté it in a large pan with a little water, seasoning it with Italian herbs and Fondor. When the rice is ready, add it to the zucchini and mix well. Now add the sauce mix. Mix well again. Finally, sprinkle some cheese (Gouda or Parmesan) on top and mix again.
