Very quick tomato butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, room temperature
  • e.g. tomato paste
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with only 3 ingredients

Mix the butter well with the tomato paste. Wash the chives and finely slice them with kitchen scissors. Fold into the tomato butter mixture. No additional seasoning is required. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. It’s always a hit at our barbecues!
