Very Simple and Quick Noodle Soup

The perfect very simple and quick noodle soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Soup noodles
  • 1 packet Soup greens fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Salt and pepper
  • 1 small Cauliflower fresh
  1. Wash and chop the soup vegetables and chop the cauliflower too.
  2. Cook the whole thing in vegetable broth, should it still be firm to the bite.
  3. Then add the soup noodles. Cook until the noodles are not too soft. Al dente.
  4. I got a big saucepan out of the few ingredients. If I’ve frozen fresh chicken broth, I’ll use this too.
  5. The soup is simple but delicious.
