Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sausages (Vienna)
- 4 bell peppers, pickled
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- 250 g mushrooms from the can, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
classic, but slightly different sausage salad
Drain the mushrooms and roast them in a little oil. Thinly slice the wieners and dice the bell peppers, and toss them with the mushrooms. Make a dressing with vinegar, oil, mustard, cayenne pepper, and ketchup. Chop the herbs and add them to the dressing. Toss the salad with the dressing thoroughly and let it sit in a cool place for a few hours.
