Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 Vienna sausages
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 ml cream
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 handful of chives
- 1 onion(s), red
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely dice the onion and slice the wieners. Combine the sour cream with the cream and vinegar until smooth. Stir in the chives, diced onion, and wieners, and season with the spices. Place the salad in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with raw vegetable strips and buttered bread.
