Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. The mixture should be firm and firm. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Carefully stir in the flour with a wooden spoon (preferably one with a hole). Pour into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake at approximately 160°C for about 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven. After baking, turn the cake base and springform pan out onto a wire rack and let cool.
