Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g flour, ( 405 )
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 70 g nuts, finely grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. The mixture should be firm and firm. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and mix with the ground nuts. Carefully fold in the flour with a wooden spoon (preferably with a hole). Pour into a paper-lined springform pan. Bake at approximately 160°C for about 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven. After baking, turn the cake base and springform pan out onto a wire rack and let cool.
