- 8 Vienna sausages
- 1 sheet(s) of puff pastry (refrigerated shelf)
- 8 wooden skewers

ideal for a child’s birthday or party
Place each Vienna sausage whole onto a wooden skewer and cut into spirals with a knife. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into approximately 2 cm wide strips. Fold the strips in half lengthwise so they are approximately 1 cm wide and 5 mm thick. Pull the sausages apart slightly so that you can wrap the puff pastry between them. Now bake the wrapped sausages in a hot oven according to the puff pastry package instructions – usually at 200°C top/bottom heat (convection: 180°C) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
