Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g cranberries
  • 250 g apples, diced
  • 250 g pear(s), diced
  • 250 g plums, diced
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. clove powder
  • 2 tbsp pear schnapps or plum brandy
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 50 g marzipan

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 34 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and let it steep for about 4 hours. It’s best to coarsely grate the marzipan beforehand. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 4 minutes. Pour the hot jam into twist-off jars and turn the jars upside down for a good 5 minutes.
