Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil, neutral
- 2 tbsp cranberries from the jar
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 6 leaves of fresh basil
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash the basil, spin dry, pick off the leaves, and chop very finely. Then place all ingredients in a screw-top jar, close the lid tightly, and shake vigorously until well blended into a vinaigrette.
