Vintner Soup Maike’s Style

- 700 g Fresh onions
- 500 g Potatoes
- 30 g Clarified butter
- 900 ml Vegetable broth
- 300 ml White wine
- 250 ml Cream or Rama Creme Fine
- 300 g Diced bacon
- 1 Dried marjoram
- 1 Nutmeg dried
- 1 cups Sour cream
- Dice the onions, cut the potatoes into cubes. Braise both ingredients in clarified butter.
- Pour in the vegetable stock. Finally add the white wine and the cream.
- Approx. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with marjoram and nutmeg.
- Puree the soup.
- Fry the bacon.
- Divide the soup into plates, pour the sour cream and bacon on top.
