Coffee specialty with white chocolate

Briefly heat the milk and coffee beans in a large saucepan and remove from the heat just before boiling. Let it steep for 2-3 hours – the longer it steeps, the more intense the coffee flavor will be. In the meantime, crumble the amaretti biscuits, using a kitchen towel if necessary. Strain the milk and coffee beans through a sieve into another saucepan and return to the heat. Melt the chocolate in small pieces in the coffee milk. The milk should not boil. Then stir in amaretto, to taste. Pour into tall glasses and scatter the crumbled amaretti biscuits among the glasses as decoration.
