Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 ml water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 90 g flour (wheat flour 1050)
  • 210 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • ½ tsp yeast (dry yeast)
  • 2 tbsp millet
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place all ingredients in the BBA. Program: medium. Browning: medium. Note: Soak millet in hot water for 12 hours beforehand.
