Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) white bread (toast bread size)
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • Cinnamon
  • butter
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl. Dip the bread in the liquid. Fry in a pan with oil on both sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with powdered sugar and butter.
