Ingredients
 

Dressing:

  • 1 maturity Mango
  • 1 redden Apple
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 3 Discs Fresh pineapple
  • A hAndful of wAlnuts
  • 3 tbsp Mango vinegar cream
  • 3 tbsp Lemon and Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar or some honey
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil

Instructions
 

  • Chop the walnuts into large pieces, roast them in a coated pan and set aside. Walnuts are very valuable for our body ...... just google it ......
  • Make a dressing from the above ingredients and season to taste. Wash the lamb's lettuce and spin dry.
  • Cut fruits into slices or cubes, preferably as you like. Can of course also be other types of fruit, e.g. fresh raspberries or strawberries, then do not use mango vinegar but raspberry-raspberry.
  • Mix the lamb's lettuce with the dressing and place on plates. Arrange the fruits nicely on top and sprinkle with the walnuts, then pour the dressing over the salad again. Serve with fresh white bread or toasted toast;).
  • Is very healthy and has many vitamins ........ yes and it tastes wonderfully fresh and delicious 🙂 🙂
