Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 liter of milk
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- vanilla sugar
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the butter (e.g., in the microwave for 1 minute) and mix well with the eggs, milk, and flour in a bowl. The batter should have a nice, runny consistency. Thin with milk if necessary, or thicken with flour. You can easily adjust the quantities by adding more or less milk and flour! Finally, add the baking powder and season with sugar and vanilla sugar to taste. If the batter tastes slightly sweet and pleasant, it’s perfect! Now the waffles are ready to bake!
