Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 125 g margarine or butter
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 2 dashes of rum flavoring
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Then bake the waffles in a waffle iron. About one ladleful of batter is sufficient per waffle. Instead of rum flavoring, you can also use almond flavoring or a dash of real rum. The waffles taste great on their own, with jam, compote, red fruit compote, etc.
